The LICCO, Inc. mission is to provide employment, benefits and a variety of work environments for individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities through the sale of employment services and their products. LICCO, Inc. strives for the highest standards of quality and excellence in customer service by providing these services based on customer needs. LICCO, Inc. advises the Licking County County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (MR/DD) in the provision of services and supports to eligible individuals.

Currently we bring useful remunerative work to a growing work force over 200 employees through our Contract Services in our production capacities of: On-Site Work Assignments and In-House Individual Job Placement opportunities. LICCO works closely with the Community Employment Services (CES) of Licking County to provide you with the very best on-site employment services available in our area.

LICCO, Inc. is accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the State Use Committee of Ohio and the U.S. Department of Labor.
